While we do not consider ourselves great cooks, we like to eat. By taking the place of chicken in all of our recipes, wild turkey is a staple at the Pinhoti household and we would like to share with you our favorite ways to cook it. You will not find fancy ingredient lists or creative masterpieces here, but we do believe even your pickiest eater will find something they like amongst these dishes.
